A Digital Transformation Journey
When I joined FOX International Channels over a decade ago, my primary responsibility was managing the entire online presence of FX UK (now FOX UK). One of my major initiatives within the first year was to spearhead a comprehensive redesign of the FX UK website. The goal was to refresh its look, enhance user experience, and implement an SEO-friendly structure.
The impact of this redesign was substantial. Within the first 12 months, we achieved a remarkable 10x increase in traffic and successfully tested cutting-edge technologies that were later adopted across other FOX websites globally.
In addition to the website overhaul, my role involved daily site updates and the creation of engaging microsites for popular TV shows such as Dexter, True Blood, The Walking Dead, and Family Guy. I also pioneered the launch of FX UK’s initial social media channels, laying the groundwork for the brand’s digital engagement strategy.
