From the early days of my digital career, I’ve been fascinated by numbers and analytics. My journey began with Google Analytics, where I honed my skills crafting content and campaigns for various FOX websites. This passion for data seamlessly transitioned into the social media realm, where I quickly became adept at leveraging insights from social media platforms.
At FOX, I collaborated with Simply Measured to create a custom solution for tracking a complex, multi-brand, and multi-market structure across 125+ countries. This was a game-changer, providing a comprehensive view of the impact of our global campaigns for major shows like The Walking Dead, Legion, and Outcast. When Simply Measured was acquired by Sprout Social, it was a natural choice for our needs at McCann Worldgroup, where it revolutionized our reporting process for the Barceló Hotel Group account. Sprout Social’s tools dramatically improved our efficiency, enabling us to produce detailed, tailored reports that bolstered our social media strategies and strengthened client trust.
In my role at Jellyfish, I continued to embrace this data-driven mindset, delivering robust social media analytics for leading brands like Philips, ING, and Netflix. Tools like Sprinklr and Brandwatch became key allies, enhancing our social listening and analytics capabilities. With the constant evolution of platforms like TikTok and changes in social media algorithms and KPIs, staying current and continuously refining reporting processes is crucial.
