Social media audit
PageGroup, a global leader in specialist recruitment, commissioned an audit of its social media ecosystem in the European region. While I was managing other content marketing projects, I analyzed their profiles across 13 different countries and 3 main brands (Michael Page, Page Personnel, and Page Executive) in order to understand the accounts’ size, health, audience, and content performance. In addition to the quantitative research, I also reviewed the social media branding, tone of voice, key content pillars and compared this with their main competitors (Randstad, Hays, Adecco, and Manpower). Once the landscape was clearly understood, the ultimate goal would be achieving a consistent brand voice and social strategy across European markets, ensuring the consumers’ experience leveraged each platform’s unique role.
