Enhancing Brand Consistency Across Europe
PageGroup, a leading global recruitment firm, tasked me with conducting a comprehensive audit of its social media presence across Europe. While managing other content marketing projects, I analyzed social media profiles across 13 countries and three main brands—Michael Page, Page Personnel, and Page Executive. My analysis focused on metrics such as account size, health, audience engagement, and content performance.
In addition to quantitative data, I reviewed the social media branding, tone of voice, and key content pillars, comparing these elements with major competitors like Randstad, Hays, Adecco, and Manpower. The audit aimed to achieve a unified brand voice and social strategy across European markets, ensuring that each platform effectively leveraged its unique role to enhance the overall consumer experience.
