To support the highly anticipated return of The Walking Dead Season 3 in early 2013, we launched the Dead Yourself mobile app—a creative, engaging tool that allowed fans to transform their selfies into zombies. Available on both iOS and Android and and translated into over 15 languages, including English, Spanish, Chinese, and Russian, the app catered to a global audience from day one.

As the project manager on FOX‘s side, I collaborated closely with our U.S. counterparts at AMC to ensure the app’s success. Through strategic planning, seamless cross-team communication, and a focus on user experience, Dead Yourself quickly became a global sensation, amassing millions of downloads shortly after its release. It maintained its status as the most successful FOX-branded app for many years, becoming a benchmark for digital engagement in the entertainment industry.
