San Diego and New York Comic-Con are some of the most important events for the entertainment industry. Every year, TV & film studios hold panels featuring their stars and premiering exclusively the trailers of their most important upcoming shows and movies.

My job was creating the social strategy for FOX’s Global Marketing team in order to deliver fresh assets to local offices and have the events covered in real time. This included the creation of premium visuals, the release of trailers at global scale and the actual live coverage on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Exclusive access. Red carpets. Surviving the fan apocalypse.

Some of the juiciest activities were the live coverages from panels, VIP events and press junkets, as those allowed us to have unprecedented access to the stars and bring a bit of them to fans in every corner of the planet.

I have covered panels and events for shows like The Simpsons, The Walking Dead, Legion, 24, Family Guy, 24 and Outcast, among others.

Comic-Con is celebrated in San Diego and New York every July and October, respectively.
