Based on a comic book by The Walking Dead’s creator Robert Kirkman, Outcast was FOX’s big bet for 2016. Produced by its own international studio, the show was propelled by an enormous marketing effort to achieve yet another global success for the entertainment company.

I participated actively in this campaign by leading all digital efforts, including social media strategy and creativity, experiential stunts, digital assets creation and distribution, live-event coverage and more.

Possession is just the beginning

Kyle Barnes (Patrick Fugit) is a reclusive and haunted young man estranged from his family due to a dark episode that reminds him his childhood experience with his mother after she became possessed by a demon force. When the possession of young boy by evil proves too much for the local priest (Philip Glenister), curiosity draws Kyle to the battle and he begins to understand his role in the shadow war against the evil that took his mother and stole his chance for happiness.

Outcast’s experiential stunt earned my team several awards including a Clio Grand Prize.
